WeddingAtelier.com

I was Front End Developer for weddingatelier.com, the web site for Wedding Atelier, the boutique New York bridal shop. I won the sale, wrote the statement of work, created the new front end architecture, and managed the client relationship. I took care to deliver standards-compliant page templates and wrote clear documentation. The HTML, JavaScript, and CSS handled all common browsers old, new, and on the horizon. The site was fully accessible, with static HTML fallbacks for browsers with Javascript disabled where DOM scripting otherwise created dynamic pages.

As an independent contractor among a skeleton crew my responsibilities ranged from Front End Architect and Web Developer, to those of Account Manager, QA Engineer, Technical Writer, and Client Services Engineer. This diversity of experience is useful for my career as Product Manager, serves me as Sales Engineer, and enriches my perspective leading front end development teams.
